“Little Finger” – Song

“Little Finger” – Song

One day a finger was walking along
doing his own thing, but it was all wrong.
Where is the body? Where is the hand?
But the finger said, "I'm my own man."
Little finger all alone,
You should not be away from your home.
Little finger why do you roam,
Apart from the body you cannot grow.
He struggled and tried very hard on his own,
He wanted fame and fortune and gold.
So unhappy and so alone,
He finally came back to his home.
Little finger all alone,
You should not be away from your home.
Little finger why do you roam,
Apart from the body you cannot grow.
As people in the body with Jesus as our head
We often wander off alone and often walk ahead,
But gently and so softly he calls us back to him
So we can be a body to minister again.

“WHAT KIND OF VESSEL . . .” – Song

“WHAT KIND OF VESSEL . . .” – Song

The Holy Spirit was around one day
Looking for a vessel made of clay.
One was full and the other cracked;
He said, "I guess I'll have to come back."

He was looking for an empty one
That He could fill and overrun;
Filling it freely with power and love
So it could be used by God above.

What kind of vessel should we be
To let God's love flow so free?
What kind of vessel should we be
To let God's love flow so free?

If we're always busy doing good works
But never have time for people who hurt;
We block the flow of his love for them
And yet they think He's our best friend.

He wants to use us on His own
But often we're busy on the phone;
Telling Him what He should do
And He just says, "I wish you were through."

What kind of vessel should we be
To let God's love flow so free?
What kind of vessel should we be
To let God's love flow so free?

If we were open and waiting on Him
He'd be delighted to fill us within
So His love could pour out on all around
For no greater love could ever be found.

“Come and dance . . . .

“Come and dance . . . .

. . . . and sing with Me” – Song

From out of the darkness and into the light,
He calls you to come to Him.
Leave the things of the past behind.
Come to Him.

Come and dance and sing with Him.
Come and dance and play.
Come out of the darkness and into the light,
And be with Him.

You're not of this world anymore.
You opened the door; invited Him in.
You asked forgiveness;
Release from sin.

You've waited and waited
For Him to come in;
Beloved, He says,
"I've been waiting within!"

Come and dance and sing with Me.
Come and dance and play.
Come out of the darkness and into the light
And be with Me.

Your heart has been heavy.
Your sorrow is great.
You think I'm not with you
That somehow I'm late.

Beloved no greater love
Has been given,
Than that which I've sent
You from heaven.

Come and dance and sing with Me.
Come and dance and play!
