WAKE UP!

WAKE UP!

When we branch out our friends to those with no relationship with God, you will find a lot of people feel there are many paths to God (gods). That self reflection goodness, and positive thinking will help themselves and others to be good people.

Luke warm Christians have not helped. This is a wake-up call to remind us of the call Christ put on us all to go into the world and preach the gospel. Too many have been silent out of fear of retribution or retaliation of those we see face to face instead of how we are hurting our heavenly Father and ultimately those we see face to face that don’t hear from us.

Christians die all over the world daily to hear the gospel let alone share the gospel. American Christians need to stop treating this like high school and a popularity contest and see it as the life or death sharing the “good news” it is.

We have a power as brothers and sisters in Christ that all protesters understand. The voice of a few can resound like a large gong, but we have something even greater. That is Satan’s drive to keep churches closed down and worshiping voices silent. May God’s body stand up in one voice! #thestopmovement

Words Have Power

Words Have Power

I was thinking about all the unrest and hurt people are expressing and it made me think of a challenge my husband and I had some time back.

He asked about shaping our bush out front into something other than a box. I said he couldn’t. He said he could. I said “you can’t.” Just like that, with two words, he felt unsupported by me. He was angry with me and hurt by me. The problem was I couldn’t see what I had done or said that hurt him. In my mind and heart I was saying you don’t have the skills for that YET, but that’s not what I said. I said you can’t.

Words have so much power. They are definative. They can bring life or death. Have you ever said, “you know what I mean?” I know I have. I didn’t mean to hurt my husband. I didn’t mean to challenge his ability. I meant I don’t want you honing your skills on my front yard plant. The beautiful part is because he knows me and beleives the best about me he shared it was not the best choice of words and that I was able to grow from.

Have you ever heard someone say something and taken offense? Was it what they said or your own perception of what those words mean that brought you pain. Be kind, have grace, and believe the best.❤

When: May 31, 2020 10:15 a.m.

In the midst of all the chaos going on and the stream of information and misinformation, we still have a voice. We don’t have to  convince anyone of our position or opinion. We don’t have to uncover conspiracy or engage in hate speech or hostility. We need only declare in voice STOP!

Mark 4:39 “Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, ‘Peace, be still!’ And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.”

We all have this authority in Jesus name to speak to the chaos. No a matter where you stand, mask/or no mask, virus/no virus, conspiracy/no conspiracy, we can still speak to the chaos, STOP! At 10:15 a.m. PST, I am asking that wherever you are to unite in one voice to speak to the heavens and declare “CHAOS, STOP! in Jesus name

Until then I challenge you to talk to God. Revive a conversation with Him like you would an old friend. Seek out a bible-based church that is online. Pick up your Bible or pull one up online and began reading it and the Book of John. Call, or FaceTime, a friend, that has a relationship with God, and ask questions. Walk around your house and talk to Him like you would be with a friend that was in front of you. If you don’t have a relationship with God, then tell Him you want to know who He is. Ask Him to reveal Himself to you that you want to know the God that raised Jesus from the dead. Make a stand for your life and the generations to come. With one voice begin a Revival to know the ones you got. Share this with everyone and let the countdown begin.
